Juan Montalvo, Ph.D. Juan has over 15 years of business management experience in addition to residential and commercial real estate experience. He specializes in property management consulting, business consulting, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, and public relations. He is also a Member of the Government Affairs Committee for the Connecticut Apartment Association and sits as a Commissioner for the Meriden, Connecticut Fair Rent Commission and the Board of Tax Assessment Appeals.
